Due to current litigation against Planet Fitness USA, entering into our said geographical area, (passing off) has caused confusion amongst the general public. Confusion such as, but not limited to: Services provided confusion, membership fee rates, overall health concepts, cross marketing promotional complaints, and misleading facility age restrictions. (This has delayed the opening of our Edmonton Location) We are working towards a reasonable solution to this “Confusing Trademark Conflict” Thank-you for your understanding towards this sensitive Trademark issue.
